Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary is where Tasmanian flora and fauna thrive with the primary goal wildlife conservation, education and rehabilitation. Trowunna provides 26 hectares for Tasmanian wildlife and migratory wildlife to travel through.
Trowunna has daily interactive tours with group and private bookings welcome. Facilities include the Devil Education and Research Centre, a gift shop, parking, toilets, picnic tables and disabled accessibility. The Devil Education and Research Centre at Trowunna aims to highlight the unique carnivorous mammals that live in Tasmania.
Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary is open 9.00 am – 5.00 pm everyday, except 25 December. Entry fees apply.
