Have you ever wondered what happens when the science of brewing goes wrong?
And what processes go into making a good, marketable beer?
This National Science Week, learn from one of our brewers and taste a few different kinds of beer at the ECU (Edith Cowan University) Birra Bar.
Afterwards, take a tour of our malting facility in small groups, eat some pizza, and have the opportunity to buy more beers!
Tickets available online. Your entry fee includes beer tasting and pizza cooked fresh at the Slice of Italy cafe next door. When you purchase your ticket, you can identify any dietary requirements.
