Celestial Emu

Sydney Observatory will host a special event that celebrates First Nations sky and country. Come along and join us for the premiere of Celestial Emu, a short film project with Gamilaroi astrophysicist Karlie Noon and Bangarra Dance Theatre dancer Daniel Mateo, directed by Olivia Costa. Highlights include Gail Mabo in conversation, a performance by Wiradjuri/ Gadigal singer-songwriter Akala Newman, viewings of the Celestial Emu film, First Nations sky tours and the exhibition 'I Put The Stars On The Ground.' 

This National Science Week event is part of the Sydney Science Festival, presented by Powerhouse.
