Join us at SPARQ-ed on Tuesday 13 August 2024 as we look through the microscope to explore some of the science behind cancer research. The aim of this Science Week event is to introduce high school students to biomedical research and better understand the connection between STEM subject choices and career pathways. This workshop is designed by SPARQ-ed for students to experience first-hand laboratory techniques in Cell Biology and gain unique networking skills in a research environment. Light refreshments will be provided and includes the opportunity to engage with TRI Researchers and hear about their career journey.
