This National Science Week the Antarctica Science Foundation (ASF) invites Young Antarctic Researchers to explore the animals of Antarctica and the science that helps to protect them. You or your team or even your entire school class can win an Antarctic Themed Pack for your class.
Antarctica is home to many iconic species. Penguins, seals and whales come easily to mind. But what about krill, sea slugs and seabirds? Antarctica is alive with sights and sounds of promising life. For all the wonder this continent presents, there are still many questions science needs to answer to protect those species in a changing world, our consumption of krill in competition with its whales? What can the seals tell us of changing oceanic conditions? And how will the sea ice-dependent penguins adapt to retreating nesting grounds?
Competition:

Winners will be announced on Monday, 26 August and winner packs will be shipped to your school.
