Explore, Experiment, Excite is part science stage show and part science festival!

Join us to celebrate the excitement of scientific discovery at the Narembeen Town Hall. The day will feature a science stage show followed by a Festival of Science to build awareness and an appreciation of science.

The one-hour explosive Science Stage Show will be an interactive, high-energy demonstration-based performance. Celebrate the excitement of science through demonstrations exploring:

• Combustible gases
• Colour-changing chemistry
• Liquid nitrogen
• Exothermic reactions
• Foam explosions
• Toroidal vortices
• Phenomenal physics
• Burning bubble sand
• ...and much more!

The one-hour Festival of Science will follow the Science Stage Show, and will celebrate the excitement of scientific discovery. There will be a spectacular array of experiments in rotation, which may include:

• Surface tension with bubbles
• Fluid dynamics with vortex cannons
• Non-Newtonian fluids with supersonic slime
• Super-absorbent polymers with supersonic snow
• Exothermic reactions with elephant's toothpaste
• Gravity-defying soda pop
• Burning bubbles

The 'Explore, Experiment, Excite' is an event partnership between the Narembeen Community Resource Centre, Shire of Narembeen and Narembeen District High School and will be held at the Narembeen Town Hall.
