FAMILY SCIENCE DAY at Hive returns with a showcase of amazing science activities. With National Science Week's theme of Species Survival :
Beyond Sustainability, the program includes mini-workshops, extra planetarium shows and an expo of Tasmanian Science.
SCIENCE CENTRE EXPO
Hive's Science Centre is going to be overflowing with interactive experiences for all the family, with pop-up stalls by scientists and ecology organisations from across Tasmania.
We will also be joined by four of the incredible Young Tassie Scientists with varying specialisations, who will be presenting a range of hands-on activities.
...and don't forget there will also be the crowd-favourite Derby Track to test your car engineering skills!!
PLANETARIUM
There are 5 planetarium shows scheduled hourly from 11am to 3pm.
