Digital Help Drop-in

  • - (AEST)
  • Altona Library
123 Queen Street, Altona VIC 3018, Australia

We are celebrating curiosity for people of ALL ages this National Science Week with our brand-new Digital Help Drop-in.

If you have a quick tech question you need some help with? Well, the digital detectives (aka your friendly Hobson Bay Librarians) are on the case - pop by for our drop-in session for some assistance.

We can help you with quick questions like:

  • How can I change the volume on my ringtone?
  • How can I delete an email?
  • How can I access my voicemail?

If you have a more complex question (or something we can’t solve quickly) we’ll help schedule you in for a 1:1 device advice session or direct you where you may be able to get more assistance. Even if you are just looking for a little more confidence when using technology, we’ll be able to help find some great resources to get you started and build those skills.

Stop by for a chat, a snack and some digital guidance.

Bookings not required.

This event is part of the Hobson Bay Libraries' regular Technology program. These sessions are for adults wishing to gain more confidence with the devices and technology services they use every day.
