Sew a glow-in-the-dark bear while learning about quantum mechanics!

Join a workshop in the Greater Darwin and Palmerston regions this National Science Week. Kids young and old can combine craft and science in the cuddliest way!

While crafting, learn about the quantum mechanics of glowing with fun and fact-filled demonstrations. Each workshop features 'Atom Family' plushies from the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). Kids will meet Mrs Proton, Mr Neutron and their kids Electron and Photon.

You'll get to bring your glow-in-the-dark bear home at the end of the workshop. Each bear is 100% washable and 100% huggable!

Sewing and science, quantum mechanics and teddies. What's not to love?

A big shout out to InspiredNT and Inspiring Australia for sponsoring these workshops.
