A science lab full of colour and exploration!

Wodonga Middle Years College (Huon Campus) will welcome 6 classes of Wodonga Primary School Year 1 students to share a session of hands-on science play.

Our Year 9 students will be helping our little scientists with experiments throughout the session.

These activities will be walking rainbows, rainclouds in a jar and milky rainbows.

Science teachers will give a brief discussion before each activity to explain and predict what might happen and answer any questions the young students might have. At the end of the experiments, demonstrations for the students will be done of elephant's toothpaste, teabag rockets and dry ice. Students will receive a science week certificate and sticker for participating. Lots of fun, curiosity and celebrating science week for young and old!
