The library is partnering with Palmerston Regional Basketball Association, Level Up Gaming. Bringing the gaming group’s up to date equipment and technical expertise. The team are offering virtual reality experiences. Find yourself amongst locations and scenes that instigate wonder. empathy and contemplation regarding the survival of the diverse species on our planet. Even here in the Territory and our own backyards.
To maximise exposure to different demographics of the community during National Science Week, many events are planned.
You will be able to connect to special visitors such as scientists, wildlife carers and landcare advisors for short talks. Displays and information to make your connections, whilst waiting for your turn at the VR (virtual reality) experience.
