Kyabram Fauna Park are excited to host Species Survival Day! Get up close and personal with Australia's native animals and discover how you can become a conservation hero and contribute to their ability to survive and thrive. Our expert Zookeepers and Educators can't wait to share their passion for conservation with you.

Some of the wonderful things you can do include: 

  • Create threatened species artwork
  • Participate in a bird watching workshop
  • Produce enrichment items for our quolls and pademelons
  • Get your face painted or an airbrush tattoo of your favourite native animal
  • Hear from our knowledgeable keepers and meet our most recent animal arrivals
  • Enjoy three big jumping castles (suitable for all ages)
  • Take home a family goody bag packed with value
  • Win a prize when you complete a scavenger hunt around the Park

There is so much on offer! Plus, everyone who visits on the day goes in the draw to win a Zoos Victoria 12-month membership (or renewal). 

This interactive, engaging, and conservation-focused family day is part of the Survive and Thrive program for National Science Week, supported by Inspiring Victoria. We can't wait to see you there!
