Embark on a Walk with Wildlife!

This National Science Week, Wildlife Wonders is offering that every child visits free (with a paying adult) for our Walk with Wildlife experience.

A visit to Wildlife Wonders is a delight for the young, and the young at heart. There are no internal fences here! All wildlife are free to roam as they would in a bushland environment, safe from introduced predators. Wildlife Wonders is engaging, educational, unique and supports the survival of threatened species... What more could you want?

On the Walk with Wildlife guided walk, an ecological conservationist will share the secrets of the bush. Learn all about the plants, fungi and animals who call the Otways home. Visit our onsite Research Base to learn more about conservation and research projects being undertaken across the Otways by the Conservation Ecology Centre.

Wildlife Wonders is in the beautiful Great Ocean Road region, approximately 3.5 hours from Melbourne. Wildlife Wonders is a social enterprise that invests all proceeds in the Conservation Ecology Centre.

The Conservation Ecology Centre combines research with knowledge and education. We offer real species survival solutions across landscapes in the Otways and further afield. Our projects are carefully selected for their potential to have a broad application and to benefit wildlife and environments locally, throughout the Australian landscape and around the world. Our hard-working ecologists and conservation scientists are dedicated to understanding and protecting Australian ecosystems. They know that species survival is more than just sustainability.
