The volunteers of the Wetlands (The Friends) in conjunction with the Environmental Focus Group students of Urrbrae Agricultural High School will be hosting an Open Day at the Urrbrae Wetland.
The Friends will run presentations about the Wetlands and the students will be hosting a series of workshops focused on the natural environment, conservation and sustainability including plants, wildlife, netting for aquatic macroinvertebrates and managing human impacts.
Our open day is suitable for families of all ages, so come along and say hi, and learn about our local environment this National Science Week.
